RETURNS

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product (holes, tears, wrong image) we will either refund 100% of your payment or provide you a replacement product free of charge. We will cover the return shipping cost as well!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will accept a return with in 15 days of the date you received the product. in this case you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. T-shirts have a $7 re-stocking fee and Hoodies have a $15 re-stoking fee.

All merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed in new condition. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of SouthviewApparel.com

To request a return please fill out the form below or send requests to returns@SouthviewApparel.com. The whole process of returning a product and receiving a refund may take up to 14 days. If you are granted the refund it will be put back onto the same credit card you used to pay. It may take up to 5 Business days to receive your money back from that point.
