We strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product (holes, tears, wrong image) we will either refund 100% of your payment or provide you a replacement product free of charge. We will cover the return shipping cost as well!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will accept a return with in 15 days of the date you received the product. in this case you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. 

All merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed in new condition. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of SouthviewApparel.com

To request a return please fill out the form below or send requests to returns@SouthviewApparel.com. The whole process of returning a product and receiving a refund may take up to 14 days. If you are granted the refund it will be put back onto the same credit card you used to pay. It may take up to 5 Business days to receive your money back from that point.

We charge the price of the product plus shipping as calculated and shown in your car. We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with SouthviewApparel.com is safe, we are SSL certified! Stripe accepts VISA, American Express, Master Card, Discover & JCB. 


Fulfillments may come from Ontario, Canada shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority. We only ship to the United States of America. We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD. We Provide a tracking number for all orders. You will be sent an email including your tracking number upon the item being shipped.
